- With more than 20 years of experience across agriculture, industrial equipment, manufacturing, water technology, and logistics, Carl brings a rare multidisciplinary approach that integrates cutting edge IoT, machine learning, sensor fusion, financial modeling into practical, immediately deployable solutions
- Carl is the creator of the Operating Equipment Effectiveness (OPEE) framework, a groundbreaking extension of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) that adapts plant-level KPIs to mobile and remote equipment using IoT and real-time data. His published research extends OPEE with a reliability indicator (M-OEE), providing organizations with a unified view of productivity, availability and overall machine health. His work has influenced IoT implementations at fortune 500 companies
- Provides Innovation-as-a-Service (IaaS) for rapid ideation, prototyping, and commercialization of new technologies
- Designed and developed AI/ML algorithms automating predictive analysis
- Designed and implemented IoT system architecture for OEM, fleets, and industrial assets in Agriculture, Forestry, Construction and Oil and Gas
